Well here goes…..my first blog! I’ve been wanting to blog for sometime now to share nutritional information, whole food plant based resources, encouragement and thoughts about exercise/movement, self-care and wellness in general. I needed to get out of my own way and overcome fear and procrastination. I’m not fully past feeling tentative but committed to being more intentional about it and just get started!
There are so many ways to nourish our bodies from the inside out. The food we eat is so important and we all know how beneficial exercise/movement is for us. Both are on the top of the list. However, it goes deeper than that to nourish our WHOLE body. Where do you find joy, what do you love to do, how do you spend your time, what do you crave and why, forgiveness of yourself and others to name a few…..all the things that make up our lives. This is important stuff friends so let’s talk about it and have fun along the way.
